Jesus frequently went to the Temple to pray and preach.
Once when he found that its courts were being used as a marketplace, he drove everyone out saying, “It is written, ‘My house will be a house of prayer,’ but you have turned it into a den of robbers”. (Luke 19:46)
Thought
When we love someone, we take care of them and their home. So, when we visit our designated Houses of Prayer, we will find love, happiness, solace and Jesus in the Tabernacle.

Lord Jesus, open my thoughts and heart to the wonders of your pure love, all day long.

Happy are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Happy are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.
Happy are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Happy are they who hunger and thirst for righteous sake, they shall be satisfied.
Happy are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
Happy are the clean of heart for they shall see God.
Happy are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.
Happy are they who suffer persecution for justice’s sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Amen.
