Almighty Father, we make this prayer through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. Amen.
Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O Good Jesus, hear me. Within your wounds Lord, hide me. Suffer me, not to be separated from you. From the malicious enemy defend me. In the hour of my death call me that I may praise you with the Saints and Angels forever and ever. Amen.

Blessed be the name of Mary, Virgin and Mother. Blessed be St Joseph, her most chaste spouse. Blessed be God in His Angels and Saints.

The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in pastures green, He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me: Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows. Surely goodness and kindness will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Amen.

My soul glorifies the Lord, my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour. He looks on his servant in her lowliness. Henceforth, all ages will call me blessed. The Almighty works marvels for me. Holy is his name. His mercy is from age to age on those who fear him. He puts forth his arm in strength and scatters the proud-hearted. He casts the mighty from their thrones and raises the lowly. He fills the starving with good things, sends the rich away empty. He protects Israel, his servant, remembering his mercy, the mercy promised to our fathers, to Abraham and his sons forever. Amen.

Remember O Most Gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession and was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly onto you O Virgin of Virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the word incarnate, despise not my petitions but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.

Out of the depths, I cry to you O Lord. Lord hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. If you O Lord, should mark my iniquities, Lord who shall endure it? With you Lord, there is merciful forgiveness. I wait for you Lord, my soul waits, and I hope. My soul waits for the Lord, more than they who watch for tomorrow. Let Israel hope in the Lord, there is mercy and plentiful redemption with Him. He will redeem Israel from all her iniquities. Amen.
