Lord Jesus, Prince of Peace, in a world torn by war and violence, I often find myself lost and insensitive to the reality of the suffering, my many brothers and sisters.
Touch my heart, Lord, to be a builder of dialogue and peace, beginning with those whom I must forgive and ask for their forgiveness.
Send, Lord, your spirit to the hearts of all who make war, so that they may be moved to question and understand that violence does not solve problems but causes greater suffering.
Lord Jesus, grant me your serene peace, and then Lord, help me to transmit it to my family, relatives and enemies. Amen.
