Extract
At the Last Supper, “While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after giving thanks he broke it, gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take it. This is my body.” And after taking the cup and giving thanks, he gave it to them, and they all drank from it. He said to them, “This is my blood, the blood of the covenant, that is poured out for many”. (Mark 14:22-24)

Lord Jesus, thank you for your sacred gifts, Your Body and Blood.
Reflection
Lord Jesus, I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally but come spiritually into my heart. Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, have mercy on me.
Prayer: Be At Peace (St Francis De Sales)
Do not look forward in fear to the changes in life;
rather, look to them with full hope that as they arise,
God, whose very own you are, will lead you safely through all things;
and when you cannot stand it, God will carry you in His arms.
Do not fear what may happen tomorrow;
the same understanding Father who cares for you today
will take care of you then and every day.
He will either shield you from suffering
or will give you unfailing strength to bear it.
Be at peace, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginations.
