Healing A Man’s Withered Hand

Healing Man with Withered Hand

It was a Sabbath, so Jesus went to the synagogue. Once again, having met a man in need of healing, with a withered hand, He chose to do good.

“He said to the man, ‘Stretch out your hand.’ He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.” (Mark 3:5)

ThoughtsThought

Doing good gets noticed! Although, it’s perhaps sometimes easier to hide in a crowd!

ReflectionsReflection

Lord Jesus, help me to make a difference to someone other than myself today! Open my heart to your great power.

Cross-WhiteA Prayer – Anima Christi

Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ, wash me
Passion of Christ, strengthen me
O Good Jesus, hear me
Within Thy wounds, Lord, hide me
Suffer me, not to be separated from Thee
From the malicious enemy defend me

In the hour of my death call me
that I may praise Thee with Thy Saints and Angels,
forever and ever. Amen.
